I just placed an order, when will it be shipped?

It takes us an average of 24-48 hours to process your order and transport it to our carrier's sorting facility. Once your order has been processed by our shipping department, we cannot make any changes (including the address). We only deliver to the address you entered at checkout. If you have any questions, email us at admin@ecoterrainternational.com

I am not satisfied with my order, can I return it? What happens if a problem occurs?

We offer 100% money back guarantee only if you receive the product defective or damaged. You have 30 days to return the product to us for a full refund. You must return the product at your own expense. Once we have received the product , we will give you a full refund of your original purchase. Please include all names and order numbers on the returned packages. Please note: if your package is on the way, you must wait for it to arrive and ship it back before you can receive a refund.

You can cancel your order without incurring any costs. However, you must cancel your order before it is shipped.

I entered an incorrect address, what should I do now?

If you have entered an incorrect address, please wait for order confirmation by email. Once you have verified that the address entered is incorrect, please notify us by email at admin@ecoterrainternational.com. If the address entered is incorrect, we can change it within 24 hours. No refunds will be given after 24 hours.
